Secure Storage

Data security is an absolute priority for LoraWine. All communications within the network implement end-to-end encryption based on AES-128 algorithms, standardized and approved by NIST. Every communication between sensor and server is protected, preventing unauthorized access and guaranteeing the integrity of collected information.

Data is stored in non-relational databases within our proprietary Data Center in Italy, fully complying with European privacy regulations (GDPR). The server architecture is redundant and protected by clusters that ensure data availability even in case of hardware failures. The winemaker can thus rely on a "digital vault" where their knowledge and data are safe.

Data remains available to the winemaker indefinitely, both in raw and aggregated form, for any consultation or analysis.
