Thanks to a hierarchical user structure, the system ensures each role has exclusive access to its designated functions, protecting business security from unauthorized access. This is complemented by a smart and customizable alarm system, capable of directing notifications specifically to the relevant process managers.
All data collected from IoT devices and all information entered into the LoraWine ecosystem is stored in protected and secure environments, always retrievable and easily consultable. All stored information can be exported as tables or reports, including the "Digital Terroir". A customized seasonal report that documents the uniqueness of the vintage, territory, and human value.
Multi-User and Roles
LoraWine is designed to adapt to different business structures, supporting a hierarchical user system with different functionalities. The platform allows differentiating activities between different business roles, ensuring each can only interact with what falls within their competence.
Super Admin: Has total control over the entire business. Can create, add, modify, and download any content. Admin: Intermediate role. Can view, add, and modify content related to daily operations. User: Consultative profile. Can only view IoT device parameters, receive alarm notifications, and add basic content. Consultant: Cross-functional role ideal for external professionals managing multiple farms simultaneously.

LoraWine ensures flexibility and security in data handling, allowing users to export all data and information stored within the platform in the most common standard formats such as CSV or PDF.
LoraWine's archive allows users to enter external analyses and personalized annotations of any type, integrating the constantly collected data from installed IoT devices.
Thanks to the proprietary Data Center, which complies with the most current security standards, all data remains indefinitely available for consultation and export, enabling informational continuity across different harvest seasons.
