The Zigbee mesh architecture ensures comprehensive coverage even in complex environments such as underground cellars, barrel rooms, and aging areas, overcoming obstacles like thick walls and metal equipment thanks to each device's ability to act as a signal repeater.
Room Temperature and Humidity
Precise control of temperature and humidity in cellar environments is essential to preserve wine quality during all processing and storage phases. Suboptimal environmental conditions can compromise the fermentation process, accelerate oxidation, or promote the development of unwanted mold.

Tank Temperature
